District 38

Reorganization Details

District 38 Republican,

I am requesting that you attend our District 38 reorganization meeting on Sunday, March 5th!

Every two years, our local district Republicans meet to organize our district by electing officers and an executive committee for another two-year term.

District 38 Republican Party
Reorganization Meeting
Sunday, March 5th – 1pm CST
Motel 6 – Northern Plains Room
1515 22nd Ave SW, Minot, ND 58701

Business to be conducted:
1. Election of District Officers and Executive Committee
2. State & national party Update
3. Legislative Update

According to our bylaws, only those who were dues-paying members by the end of 2022 are eligible to participate in this election. However, the current members who meet that criteria can, should they decide by a ¾ vote, allow those who pay at the time of the reorganization meeting to participate. That said, ALL local Republicans are welcome to attend and observe the process.

IMPORTANT – A notice went out at the end of 2022 asking for folks to pay their dues by the end of the year in order to insure their ability to participate. If you paid dues by December 31st, AND had already paid dues earlier in 2022, extra dues remitted will go towards your 2023 dues. If you want to check on the status of your membership, please contact our Secretary Christina Wolff at bncwolff@hotmail.com or 701-340-3703.
