Reorganization Details

District 38 Republican,

I am requesting that you attend our District 38 reorganization meeting on Sunday, March 5th!

Every two years, our local district Republicans meet to organize our district by electing officers and an executive committee for another two-year term.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
According to our bylaws, only those who were dues-paying members by the end of 2022 are eligible to participate in this election. However, the current members who meet that criteria can, should they decide by a ¾ vote, allow those who pay at the time of the reorganization meeting to participate. That said, ALL local Republicans are welcome to attend and observe the process.

IMPORTANT – A notice went out at the end of 2022 asking for folks to pay their dues by the end of the year in order to insure their ability to participate. If you paid dues by December 31st, AND had already paid dues earlier in 2022, extra dues remitted will go towards your 2023 dues.
